Cash deposit fee?

Postby Marlo » Thu Feb 04, 2010 2:09 pm

How can you charge a R16.50 cash deposit fee? I think thats actually very ridiculous and a ripoff! I am not happy!!!!

Hi Marlo

I'm sorry that you're so unhappy. Unfortunately, our bank (FNB) charges us R16.50 per cash deposit, and we have to pass this on to clients who make cash payments (ignoring the fact that our Terms and Conditions, and every invoice, make it clear that cash deposits are not accepted).

Lots of people still use cash, CloudHost, but I can't understand why we Texo clients need to, to pay Texo? Surely we've all got online banking? Why don't you use online banking, Marlo? Can't understand you.

Just a quick update for anyone reading this thread: FNB's cash deposit fee has been increased to R17.50 per deposit.
