How long for setup?
If I wanted a reseller shared account or a reseller server, how long would it take before my account is ready? Do I have to pay first? What payment methods do you accept? Is there a contract I need to sign?

How long for setup?
Hi FatCat
A Shared Reseller Account can be setup in a few minutes. It's a really fast process because your account will be setup on one of our running shared hosting servers.
If you've signed up for a Reseller PCS, then it will take a bit longer, as your new server will need to be provisioned from scratch: we need to install and update cPanel, install and configure a firewall and other security measure, install Softaculous and so on. Generally speaking, this usually takes around 2 hours at the most.
For both accounts, we will require payment (or proof of payment) before your account/server is setup. There are no contracts, but before you signup for a PCS, please be aware that we require notice of cancellation before the last day of the month (for the next month) and the completion of a debit order mandate.

I have a Reseller Server (its working really great, btw!) and I was never asked to sign a debit order? What's with that? Do I need to sign one?

How long for setup?
Hi CloudHost
We've introduced a new automated debit order system, probably after you signed up. For Private Cloud Servers, we will from now on require a debit order. And our Terms and Conditions will soon be updated to add that any clients who continue to pay late, month after month, might be required to sign a debit order mandate in order to continue hosting with Texo.
My advice would be to change your payment method to debit order if you have a private cloud server. For private cloud servers, if payment is not received by the first of the month, the server is powered off until payment is received. If you have a debit order in place this cannot happen, especially in cases where you forget to pay, go on holiday etc.

If I want to change to debit order, how do I do that? I'm paying by internet banking at the moment.

If you log into your client area, you can click on "My Details" and then "Debit ORder"
