Email support is best used for problems and questions which aren't urgent. Please send your emails to support@texo.co.za
Support Tickets
Submitting a Support Ticket from your Client Area helps us deal with more serious problems, allows you to indicate the urgency of your problem, and moves your support request to the top of the queue.
Telephone Support
We'd prefer it if you telephoned us (021 782 3401) only when there is a genuine emergency. Email and support tickets are our preferred methods of offering support.
