Email Support

Email support is best used for problems and questions which aren’t urgent. Please send your emails to support@texo.co.za

Support Tickets

Submitting a Support Ticket from your Client Area helps us deal with more serious problems, allows you to indicate the urgency of your problem, and moves your support request to the top of the queue.

Telephone Support

We’d prefer it if you telephoned us (021 782 3401) only when there is a genuine emergency. Email and support tickets are our preferred methods of offering support.

If you think that the server your website is hosted on is having problems, please check our Network Status page first. We are automatically alerted to problems on our network within seconds, almost certainly before any clients become aware of the problem.

If there are no indications of a problem with your server on the Network Status page, but you still cannot access your website, please use a tool like Down For Everyone? to make sure that it isn’t a problem with your browser, PC or internet connection.
