We’ve made it easier for you to unblock your IP address if a server’s firewall has blocked you for some reason, like entering an incorrect password too many times:
1. Login to your client area 2. Click on Help! > Unblock IP 3. Click on the “Check for IP Block and Remove” button 3. Wait for the confirmation message
If you are a Texo Reseller, then you can also enter your client’s IP address to unblock them. They can find out what their IP address is by visiting http://texo.co.za/help/your-ip/
The message that is displayed in your browser when you’ve been blocked: “Your connection to this server has been blocked by this server’s firewall.” displays your IP address and links to this page.
It’s not a server problem, you were blocked by the server’s firewall because you tried to login to your cpanel 5 times with the wrong username or password. Because you are not a Texo client, but host through one of our resellers, you will have to contact them for help with your username and password.
