This does not apply if we process your personal data in our capacity as a Processor/Operator on behalf of you or the Administrator when you or the Administrator act as the Data Controller/Responsible Party.

• you have consented to the retention of the record.

We may transmit or transfer personal data outside of the country in which it was collected to a foreign country and process it in that country. Personal data may be stored on servers located outside the country in which it was collected. If you are a data subject of the Administrator or one of our customers (who is the Data Controller/Responsible Party), then you must submit your request to the relevant Data Controller/Responsible Party who will then delete your personal data/information.

You may request that we restrict the use of your personal data. When we restrict your personal data, we still have the right to store it but not use it.

We will notify our customers of any confirmed data breaches that have occurred. It is our customers’ responsibility to notify the relevant supervisory authority and any affected data subjects of the data breach.

We are not responsible for, give no warranties, nor make any representations in respect of the privacy policies or practices of linked or any third-party websites.
