Webmail (Roundcube) lets you read and send your Texo email from any web browser, on any computer, phone or tablet, with nothing to install. There are a few ways to reach it — pick whichever is easiest. In each case, log in with your full email address and your email password, and replace yourdomain.co.za with your own domain.
The quickest way: go straight to webmail
- In your browser, go to https://webmail.yourdomain.co.za (you can also use https://yourdomain.co.za/webmail).
- Enter your full email address and your password, then click Log in.
- If you're asked which webmail app to use, choose Roundcube.
You're in — read, reply to and send email straight from the browser.
Through cPanel
If you also manage your hosting, you can open webmail from inside cPanel. There are two ways to get to cPanel:
Option A — go straight to cPanel
- Go to https://cpanel.yourdomain.co.za and log in with your cPanel username and password.
- Open Email Accounts.
- Find your email address in the list and click Check Email (choose Roundcube if prompted).
Option B — through the Texo client area
- Log in to the Texo client area at welcome.texo.co.za/login.
- Go to Services → My Services.
- Click the Login to Webmail button next to your hosting package.
Managing your mailbox in webmail
Once you're in, use Settings to change your password, create a signature, set up an auto-responder (out-of-office) or add forwarding. To reset a mailbox password from cPanel instead, see How to change your email password.
